About us

TallerIA was born in a workshop, not in an office. We are a Spanish team building management software for auto repair shops because we know first-hand the mess created by spreadsheets, paper job sheets and quotes that never get approved in time.

Our mission

We want every auto repair shop in Spain, whether it has one mechanic or fifteen, to go digital without endless rollouts or complicated installations. TallerIA runs in the browser on the office computer and on the mechanic's phone, with a learning curve measured in minutes rather than weeks.

What we do

We bring together in a single platform digital work orders with per-mechanic time tracking, customer and vehicle records, quotes with electronic customer signature, invoicing, parts stock control with automatic deduction, appointment scheduling with service and inspection reminders, and productivity reports, plus an AI assistant and a scanner for supplier delivery notes and invoices.

Invoicing and Spanish regulation

We work exclusively for the Spanish market: sequential numbering, configurable VAT, independent series and VeriFactu readiness. Data is hosted in the European Union with automatic backups and role-based access control.

We are a small team: we ship improvements every week and many come straight from the workshops already using TallerIA. When you contact support you talk to someone who knows the product inside out and can help you migrate your data.
