Mechanics clock time against the order, parts consumed are deducted from stock, and the order can be turned into a quote or an invoice without retyping anything.
Can I issue quotes and invoices from the platform?
Yes. TallerIA generates professional quotes and invoices in a few clicks, with your billing details, workshop logo, configurable VAT and automatic numbering. Every document can be downloaded as PDF or Excel and emailed to the customer. Quotes support electronic signature: the customer signs from their phone and the signed evidence is stored with the document, so the job can start with written approval.
